　　1对他人的承诺并实现
　　 在我高二下学期开学一个月时我同桌突然退学了开始我还以为她只是在家呆一两天就会继续来上课可是第三天了都还是没有来于是我就给班主任请了一天假说想到她家去看看到是什么情况那会她家里没有电话班主任也同意了当我到她家时我问她怎么没有来上课了.她说:家里条件你也看到了,就妈妈一个人,根本就连生活费都没有了.我也不打算读了,打算去外面打工. 我就对她说: 没有钱交学费,我们就向学校求助, 没有钱吃饭了,还有同学可以帮忙.无论怎么样都必须要把高考考完. 当天晚上我就回来了,让她在家等, 并对她说,我一定给你带好消息回来.
　　回学校以后,我把详细情况给班主任讲了,并且和他商量能不能过学校帮她解决学费的问题,至于生活上的问题可以通过发动班上同学来解决.第二天我就在班上给全体同学说了她的情况, 发动大家帮助她度过难关. 生活费的问题就这样解决了. 但是当时她还差着三学期的学费. 班主任去给学校说明情况时,学校开始是拒绝资助.学校的理由是我们只资助100%能考上重点学校的学生.而她当时的成绩是属于中等. 于是我就给班主任提了个建议,我说能不能给学校签一个协议, 如果考上重点大学就免掉学费, 如果没有考上,那么我们立马补交学费. 最后由班主任出面担保学校也就同意了这个协议. 当时我就立刻到她家去把她接了回来. 后来她非常努力的学习,最终.没有让大家失望,考上了中国农业大学.
　　
　　1.Describe an instance where you've made a promise and kept it.
　　It was one month into the second semester of my second year in high school when one of my classmates suddenly stopped coming to school. We shared the same desk and were very close friends. At first I thought she would return to school after a short leave, but I was wrong. So with the headmaster's permission, I took a day off from school and went to her house to find out what the matter was. Since telephones were rarely seen where I went to school at the time, I had to walk a long way to reach her place. While I was there, I found out she was missing shcool because of her family's financial difficulties. Her family was very poor and was basically struggling to survive. So she decided to drop out of school and find a job to support the family. I was shocked to find my close friend was in such trouble, but I insisted that she at least stay in school until after the College Entrance Exam. I also suggested that we ask the school for help and promised her I would try my best to make it happen so she could finish high school.
　　After I had explained her situation to my headmaster and my classmates, I was able to convince them to help my friend economically. We held a fund raiser the next day and managed to raise enough money from the students to provide my friend with basic subsistence. Since she owed the school for three semester's tuition fees, we then went to the school leadership for help. They turned our request down at first saying that the school only gave money to students who would certainly enter a prestigious school and in that respect she wasn't qualified for relief from the school. So I proposed that she could sign a treaty with the school promising to enter a prestigiou college; if she managed to do so, the school would not charge her tuition fees, and should fail to do so, she would repay the school what she had owed. In the end the school leadership took my advice and my friend was able to return to school. She worked very hard afterwards and kept her end of the bargain when she was admitted into the Agriculture University of China.

　　 2007年2月份,由电子科技大学以及信息工程学院等学校,联合组织了一个成都市高校羽毛球比赛,基本上成都市内所有的高校都参加了我记得当时是星期六参加比赛,已经是星期四了,电子科大负责人才通知我说能否去参加一个比赛(负责方是电子科大羽毛球协会,而我不是协会的成员).我也就欣然答应了.
　　 因为是团体比赛,分为男单,女单,男双,女双,混双.在我们这个队里面,男子选手还是比较强的,但是女子选手连我在内,就一共三个,比赛规定,每个人最多两项.我在我们团队女子里面是居中其他两个女生是配过女双,第三的女生实力差很多.第一天比赛时,在练习中,看到对方队员的实力应该在我们之下,于是我和第一那个女生负责打女双.这场比赛中,没有任何问题,这场团体赛我们赢了.进入了前8名.第二天早上在进行4强比赛中,我们的对手是信息工程学院,从第一天的比赛中,我们就对他们的实力有了个了解,初步判断,男子单打我们能赢,男子混双胜算大,但是
　　不能完全保证能赢,女双和混双都是50%的胜算,女单我们基本上属于放弃所以在进行比赛的时候,负责人就对比赛人员作了一定的调整,我本来是由女双调整到混双,(但是说实话,我自己估计我打女双赢得几率更大.)但是考虑到实际情况,其他两个女双毕竟配合很好,她们经常练习.于是我同意打混双. 意向不到的是,经过我们的努力我们男双男单女双混双都赢了唯一只输掉了女单所以我们进入了前4强
　　
　　5. Give an example where you have successfully coopearted with other people in an important task.
　　In February of 2007, a college badminton competition was jointly held by UESTC and some other universities based in Chengdu. Basically all universities in the Chengdu area participated in it. The competiton was set for a Saturday and I got a call on Thursday from the game organizer of UESTC asking if I would like to help and play. Although I was not a member the of badminton association of UESTC who was in charge of the game, I accepted the offer with pleasure.
　　It was a team competition, and there was man's single game, woman's single game, man's double game, woman's douple game, and mixed double. In my team, the male players were fairly good players, but there were only three female players including me. The game rules decreed that each individual player could only play two games. Of the three female players on my team, I was
　　in the middle. The other two girls had played woman double before and one of them was not as good as us the other two players. First day of the game, we were sure that our opposition team was weaker than us, so I doubled up with the girl who played better than me, and we won the match easily and entered the top eight. In the quarterfinal of the next day we would play against the College of Information Engineering. From the previous day's game, we could tell that we could beat them at man's single, and we had a good chance of winning man's doulbe, and we had a 50-50 chance of winning both the woman's double and the mixed double, and we had no shot at the woman's single. So when the game was about to start, the coach of our team made certain arrangements. I was supposed to play in the woman's double which I was confident that I had a better chance of winning, but considering that the other two players had partnered before and more experienced, so I agreed to play the mixed double. After some efforts, we won at the man's double, man's single, woman's double, and the mixed double, and lost only at the woman's single. We managed to enter the semifinal.

　　我最崇拜的人是八佰伴的创始人和田加津女士她从最底层做起历尽千辛万苦终于获得了成功从她身上我们看到了善良真诚永不放弃的人性之光她有诚心和坚强的毅力在1977年八佰伴在巴西的重建工作面临了许多的问题而这位70岁的老奶奶不顾远程奔波的艰辛毅然和孙儿来到了巴西坚持不懈的对一个个债主道歉并且商谈继续合作她有魄力在1974年在新加坡负责对员工进行公司教育时由于当地的回教徒们不愿意接受日本的宗教思想于是她毅然请回教职员派代表来沟通并且最终用她的慈爱打动了这些职员
　　
　　3. Who is your role model?
　　My role model is Ms.Kazuo Kazu, the founder of Yaohan. Ms.Kazuo Kazu had worked her way up from the very bottom, and after many hardships finally managed to succeed. Her kindness, sincerity, persistence, and humanity are what I admire the most. She has a devoted heart and a strong determination. In 1977, Yaohan faced many difficulites in its work of rebuilding in Brazil. Ms. Kazuo Kazu came all the way from Japan with her grandson to Brazil and talked with the debtors one by one with great resolution. And in 1974, when the company sufferd setbacks educating the Muslim employees at Singapore who were reluctant to accept the religious thoughts from Japan, she decided to win the Muslim employees back with her kindness and loving affections, which she finally succeeded.

　　Strenths: honesty, diligence, easy-going, an ability to quickly adapt to the enviroment.
　　Weaknesses: sometimes too eager to get the work done, a little unyielding, always hoping things would work my way.
